As he was explaining pricing, the General Sales Manager Lauren, came in and introduced herself and made the deal a little better! We took the night to think it over, check some other dealers and decided this was the best deal on the style and color of the vehicle that we wanted. Charlie in finance was also very easy to do business with explaining everything in an easy going and considerate manner. We felt welcome and our needs respected from start to finish!
