My truck went in for service 3 times for the same issues & still wasn’t done right .several things where said to be done ,but where not & what should it take to make legal threats to get the manager of Tasc & still wasn’t done right .several things where said to be done ,but where not & what should it take to make legal threats to get the manager of Tasca seakonk to DO HIS JOB ,,I will never buy or have my trucks serviced here again More

Worst dealership hands down. A water leakage in my car causing a mildew smell. Known ford issue since 2013. My have is a 2020 just 2,000 miles out of warranty and they were not willing to help me seeing how it is poor craftsmanship. I was told a burst pipe but upon further self exploration it’s the same issue going on. Instead I was told let me transfer you to sales and they can help get you into another car. Seriously do you think I’d do business with you so I can have another crappy car and deal with the less than pleasant men in service who NEVER return voicemails. More

My truck couldn't start so I had it towed to Tasca Ford Seekonk on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Their parking lot was packed with service vehicles and I was concerned that they wouldn't get to my truck for a Seekonk on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Their parking lot was packed with service vehicles and I was concerned that they wouldn't get to my truck for a while especially without an appointment. They were willing to go the extra mile for me. I deeply appreciated it. My battery died and I would not have been able to make Dr appointment if they hadn’t gone that extra mile.
