I only use Charlotte Wilson as my tech advisor because she’s amazing. When checking in my vehicle another tech advisor was helping to assist her. He didn’t indicate I needed a smog check even after tellin she’s amazing. When checking in my vehicle another tech advisor was helping to assist her. When Charlotte texted me my car was ready, I didn’t see a smog check noted on the repairs list, which was when she saw it hadn’t been done because that tech advisor forgot to add it. She had one of the valets quickly take my car back and they got it done within 10-15 min. That’s my reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. More
