The actual maintenance was very high quality but not worth the dealing with Charmaine Brown at reception. Who made my mother wait for over an hour, after everything was finished. I had to drive to the dealership just to figure out what the hold up was. I don't know what her vandeta against my mom is but it has cost them a customer ( probably not much in the grand scheme). Thank you to Travis and Abby, my mom referenced you by name and it was clear, while I was there that you both were picking up a lot of slack and doing it with a smile. Came in for full transmission service. On the way home smoke was pouring out from under the hood. Other driver were flagging me down thinking I was on fire. Popped the hood after pulling over just under a mile from the dealership. There was transmission fluid on my exhaust headers, radiator, fan shroud, front grill, and on top of the engine. I went home and cleaned out the fluid smoking all the way home. More
