The actual maintenance was very high quality but not worth the dealing with Charmaine Brown at reception. Who made my mother wait for over an hour, after everything was finished. I had to drive to the dealership just to figure out what the hold up was. I don't know what her vandeta against my mom is but it has cost them a customer ( probably not much in the grand scheme). Thank you to Travis and Abby, my mom referenced you by name and it was clear, while I was there that you both were picking up a lot of slack and doing it with a smile. Came in for full transmission service. On the way home smoke was pouring out from under the hood. Other driver were flagging me down thinking I was on fire.
