I was shopping around for a good midsized truck to do some light trailering and home improvement work, and found an amazing Chevy Colorado with all the options that I wanted at a great price. Because it was such a good deal compared to all the other vehicles that I was looking at, I really couldn't say no, but I almost didn't make the purchase because of the way we were treated. They did not work at making me feel liked they cared that I bought a vehicle, or that they wanted my business. I had to ask many questions about how the pricing was working out, which changed because somewhere someone made a mistake in what they told us, and then told us it was our fault, even though we had the numbers written down. The person in finance was rude, short with responses and explanations, and was doing everything she could to not help us look through the material. Overall, this was the worst vehicle shopping experience I have ever had. I know that you can probably find a vehicle at a good price here for what you want, but don't expect to feel good about the experience. More

Now that it was time for my daughter Isabella to purchase her first car on her ow Naperville. We have been a customer of yours for the past 9 years. Now that it was time for my daughter Isabella to purchase her first car on her own, after she just graduated college, we knew we wanted her to purchase a car from your dealership. Emily Smith has always been our sales person, we trust her tremendously, and she has helped us in purchasing several vehicles for my family, even my niece and nephew from Florida came up and purchased their cars from her. Emily makes us feel like family, and makes the process of purchasing a car enjoyable not frustrating. We also met Chase the general manager and he truly was very helpful and patient with us. We love Chevrolet cars and even when we do our research from different dealerships and prices, Chevrolet of Naperville always gives us the best price and customer service. During this Coronavirus time, the dealership closed as directed by local officials, but even then, Emily worked thru phone and text with Isabella helping her with finance and any other questions she needed in purchasing her car. The dealership has done a great job during this time. Since my daughter is a nurse and her time was limited to go to the dealership, all paperwork was ready to go so all she had to do was go in and sign paperwork within 30 minutes she bought a beautiful 2017 Chevrolet Malibu certified for an amazing price. And the dealership did a great job in keeping social distancing in place so you felt comfortable going there by appointment only. I also want to thank Wayne Michor, in helping us with a lease in our car and who always welcomes us when we go to service our cars, and Primo in finance who patiently always walks thru the financing part of signing the documents and all the questions I always tend to have for him.
