Chase, t After doing some online comparisons, I called this dealership to see if they would be willing to price match another dealer for the same car. Chase, the sales manager, was very accommodating and fair in our negotiations! The salesman, Eddie, was very kind during our test drive, and was helpful through the whole process. Carlos, the finance guy, was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. We were in and out in about two hours, and we are happy with our experience. That said, I do not agree with having people sign spot delivery agreements. Luckily, we didn't have anything to worry about due to our credit, but this practice is predatory and can really put people in a bind. More

Emily made sure my experience in the dealership was smooth and efficient and I couldn't have asked for more. I spoke with Yahayra regarding extra benefits and she never once pressured me into anything that I did not express interest in.
