Emily is the best! Emily helped me for 7+ hours while I went back and forth about which car I wanted to purchase. She even let me and my mom take over her desk to write out pros and cons for each car and compare pricing for each vehicle. Ilene gave me all the time I needed to make an informed decision, listened to my concerns, pointed out safety features that I value, and explained a lot of the technology in the vehicle (overwhelming coming from an older model). She even gave me some pointers in the negotiation and promised to be there to help when I had questions about all the vehicle is equipped to do. In short, she was easy to talk to and supported the entire purchase process; and she did it with a smile! Chase, Premo and Joe were also helpful, approachable, and kept the process smooth. It made my purchase fun, which is exactly what a new car purchase should be. I'm very pleased with my Blazer, thus far, and would highly recommend Ilene and the rest of the team that helped me. More
