Could not have had a more helpful, informative, encouraging salesperson than Chase Shelnutt. It was not our intent to purchase a new vehicle following our first visit to Steve Landers but the attention given to us by Chase along with his knowledge of the vehicle changed our minds. We were impressed with the speed and professionalism of the closing paperwork that completed the financial arrangements for the purchase. Only part of the process that was a little frustrating was getting all the paperwork taken care of in a timely manner; kept running into inconsistencies and didn’t get completely done until 9pm when we’d been there around 5pm.
