Purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful process, CM explained and advised on the acura products to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. My trade-in and purchase prices were excellent! While at the dealership I met other customers who had purchased multiple acuras and expressed their satisfaction with their vehicles and the service department. One gentleman was there to purchase his second MDX and told me I was in the right place. (The other local Acura dealerships I had gone to, the experiences were awful, did not have the vehicle I wanted and were trying to sell me anything.) First experience much better Recently purchased my second CPO vehicle from Jackson Acura - if this was my first experience with the dealership, I would certainly not go back. Sal Recently purchased my second CPO vehicle from Jackson Acura - if this was my first experience with the dealership, I would certainly not go back. Sales person knew I was coming in to by the vehicle, yet did not have everything ready when I showed up, which led to a rushed transaction as we both were trying to get to our next appointments. I was initially provided 1 working key fob. As I was leaving, the sales manager gave me another key fob which was not for my vehicle. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle back to service and they would cut the key and program the remote. About a week later I came back to get the key fob programmed. Service agent told me that the key fob was broken and unable to be programmed for my vehicle. He said he ordered another one and I could come back (again!) to have the new key fob programmed. I asked about the possibility of having key fob that was programmed for a different car (I can't imagine how many key fobs a dealer of this size has in house) programmed for my car, and then when the new key fob came in, it could be programmed for whatever vehicle donated their key fob to me. Service agent told me they could not do that??? So now I need to spend another couple hours of my time to take care of something that should have been handled at the time of the sale - my bad for completing the transaction without everything being in order. I will say that my first CPO purchase (6.5 years ago) and use of the service department was outstanding, which is why I returned for this vehicle. More
