I made an appointment for Jeep service for ONE THING. I dropped my Jeep off the evening before. I get a call AT THE END OF THE DAY the day of my appointment for them to tell me the part they need (THAT ONE dropped my Jeep off the evening before. I get a call AT THE END OF THE DAY the day of my appointment for them to tell me the part they need (THAT ONE THING I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR) is on back order and there is no ETA for the part. Why did I make this appointment over a week ago if they weren’t going to have the part, and why did it take them all day to even begin working on my Jeep when they asked if I was going to wait for it. They said it would take two hours. I’m sick of dealing with such incompetence. 0/5 stars. More
