Cheri Brotemarkle came over and introduced herself to me right away and I immediately felt trust and reassurance she would be able to give me what I came for. She was so friendly and pleasant and gave me all of the information (and more) about my current lease and what options Luther KIA could do for me. She was not pushy at all to sell me a car. Before I drove my new Optima off the lot, she made sure to run through all of the safety features and the fun new features the 2016 Optima has so I would be comfortable driving it before I left.
