Cheri Brotemarkle came over and introduced herself to me right away and I immediately felt trust and reassurance she would be able to give me what I came for. She was so friendly and pleasant and gave me all of the information (and more) about my current lease and what options Luther KIA could do for me. She was not pushy at all to sell me a car. Before I drove my new Optima off the lot, she made sure to run through all of the safety features and the fun new features the 2016 Optima has so I would be comfortable driving it before I left. She truly is a "top notch" sales person and I highly recommend her!! Thank you Cheri! More

We expected to be "strongly encouraged" to buy more car than we really needed and were pleased when Cheri listened carefully to our priorities and located vehicles that met our requirements. She offered recommendations for additional features, but she respected each decision that we made (including the ones rejecting her suggestions). The process was handled quickly, and we are very happy with our purchase. The new 2015 Soul we bought is perfect for us! The experience was far more pleasant than we expected. If the entire staff is as competent as Cheri, we look forward to our relationship with Luther Kia. More
