Despite numerous assurances, I have yet to receive the title for the vehicle. From the beginning, they misled me about the status of the paperwork, blaming the delay on the DMV. However, after reaching out to the DMV myself, I discovered that Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City hadn't even submitted the necessary documents. Their incompetence reached new heights when they began requesting a death certificate from me, for an individual I've never even heard of, presumably the previous owner. It's clear they failed to obtain the title due to their own negligence, yet they continue to dodge responsibility. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to steer clear of this place. Their deceitful and illegal practices and inability to fulfill basic obligations make them entirely untrustworthy. More
