My first Kia purchase was a pleasant experience! I contacted this dealership because my Mother in-law was looking to get a new car and really liked the Kia Niro Hybrid crossovers. Everyone was frien I contacted this dealership because my Mother in-law was looking to get a new car and really liked the Kia Niro Hybrid crossovers. Everyone was friendly, and willing to take the time to walk us through all the information and numbers along with explaining all the different models and options. They really work with you to get you into the car you want and can afford. Our salesperson Cheryl Cooper is a pleasure working with and no high pressure! We learned more about credit and payment options from Justin Johnson in the finance department and also Chris Dixon, they really went over and beyond working with us to meet our purchase needs. Cheryl was also so patient with us and answered any and every single question we had throughout the whole experience. After my Mother-inlaw got her Kia Niro... I returned the next day and got myself one! We highly recommend Jim Butler Kia and thank you to everyone at Jim Butler for making our purchases a pleasant experience! More
