Our whole experience with Jim Butler Kia was a pleasure. The atmosphere and customer service were top notch. Mike McLean was who we worked with on our 2014 Sedona. We were put in touch with him via Cheryl Cooper and internet sales. Both Cheryl and Mike were extremely friendly and passionate about the Kia product. Justin Johnson was our finance guy and he worked with us to get us in and out in quick order as we were there with our young children on a Saturday afternoon. Overall, we could not be any happier with our experiece. Great Job Jim Butler. More

Let me start off by saying this is our 3rd purchase from Jim Butler Kia. Secondly, I actually work for another dealership in the area, so for us to purchase from another dealership is HUGE. Since we are exp Jim Butler Kia. Secondly, I actually work for another dealership in the area, so for us to purchase from another dealership is HUGE. Since we are expecting a second child, we decided to replace our Kia Rondo with something bigger. I spoke with Cheryl, and told her we wanted to come in Friday to just browse. She suggested we come in sooner because of the huge sale they were having at the time. Knowing how fast the vehicle we looked at sold last time while we were "thinking" about it, I didn't want to risk it. My husband and I came in the next night, and I was pleasantly greeted by Greg. I told him I was there just to get a value on my trade in before my husband arrived, and he immediately took action and got my car in to inspection for the appraisal. He patiently waited for my husband to arrive, and then he sat us down to discuss our needs/wants. He suggested the Sorento, which my husband was hoping for in the back of his mind anyway. I knew nothing about the specifics of the Sorento, so I asked Greg what set it apart from the Sportage I had a short time back. After hearing the differences, we decided to look at a Sorento. He went over the different options, and found a vehicle that fit both my specifications and my husbands. The Sorento he picked out for us was absolutely perfect. He was not pushy at all. He even showed us a similar model with not as many features, just so we could see our other options at a cheaper price. We went with the fully loaded Sorento. I knew the next step was finance, but no worries there. Since we have purchased two other vehicles from J.B.K. we knew it would be stress free. Justin in finance took excellent care of us. We got the interest rate we needed, plenty of money on our trade, and zero down on the loan. The best part was their up front pricing was better than my employee pricing at my work, so the price of the car was great. We were literally in his office for 5 minutes. No hard up sells, no extended this or that. It was great. I asked them if they could fully detail the car, including shampooing the seats and buffing the exterior, and they said no problem. We had things to do that day, so Greg, our salesman, gave us another car to drive for the day until our Sorento was done. Before we left, Greg made sure to show me how to lower the 3rd row seating and how to use the other functions such as AWD and the Bluetooth. I must add, I referred our good friends after our first purchase since these guys were so great, and our friends bought a new Sportage. Fast forward, those same friends came back and upgraded to a new Sorento the same week we bought ours. I don't think we will ever even browse at another dealer in the future when we upgrade my husbands Optima. Jim Butler Kia really is the best! More

Jim Butler Kia is a wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle from if you want fast, friendly and most of all not pushy assistance. I typically hate buying new cars because it is so overwhelming. I think this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. After shopping the internet for weeks, I finally decided to visit Jim Butler Kia based on the response I received on the internet from Cher ever had. After shopping the internet for weeks, I finally decided to visit Jim Butler Kia based on the response I received on the internet from Cheryl Cooper. She was extremely friendly and very helpful at giving me an idea of what my new Optima pricing would be around. When I decided to finally visit the dealership, Cheryl came outside in the rain and met me as I pulled up. Once inside, she introduced me to Brandon Smith. Brandon did not hit me with any high pressure sales pitch as he understood that I knew exactly what I wanted. He did not fill me with a bunch of BS and there was no bouncing back and forth over pricing. He asked what I wanted, what I could afford and he made it happen!!!! He was awesome!!!! If Jim Butler Kia had a referral program that paid for their referrals, I would be rich, because I would send everyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to their dealership to talk to Brandon!!!! I absolutely love my Optima SX and I actually enjoyed my purchasing experience!!! I would highly recommend Jim Butler Kia and their staff to anyone and everyone!!!!! More
