ABOVE and WAY BEYOND After a bunch of emails back and forth with a very very patient appointment person named Annie - I was guided to buy the exact kia soul EX that I was After a bunch of emails back and forth with a very very patient appointment person named Annie - I was guided to buy the exact kia soul EX that I was looking for ! Then when I got there for my appointment Cheryl Cooper made the whole purchase WAY easier then I could have hoped for ! There were a Bazzillion cars to pick from had I needed to, but the one I had been helped with was waiting for me on the floor when we got there - and Cheryl was so helpful showing me around what I bought ! To top it all off -- I actually purchased my Soul for less then I expected to !!! GREAT Experience!! The other relief was that there was NO sales pressure - AT ALL !!! More

Relaxed and Easy I bought a Kia Optima today from Cheryl. Other car dealerships didn’t want my business today because of my small budget. However, Cheryl immediately w I bought a Kia Optima today from Cheryl. Other car dealerships didn’t want my business today because of my small budget. However, Cheryl immediately went to work for me. She was genuine, fun, and relaxed. Just easy to work with. Additionally, the manager, Nick, was great. He was also genuine and honest. He made sure my new (used) car was safe and in the best condition possible to drive off the lot. He has even offered to look for a car at auction for my son since they don’t currently have what he wants on the lot. I would highly recommend Jim Butler Kia if you are looking to be treated fairly in your car deal. More

Cheryl and Jean were I have gone to Jim Butler Kia for service on my past 2 vehicles, so when purchasing my new car, I only wanted to deal with them. Cheryl and Jean were wonderful to work with, full of information, and extremely helpful without being pushy. They talked to us like casual friends, not like a commission check. The ordering and pickup process were seamless and much easier than we anticipated (when we bought our last vehicle from a different dealer, we were extremely disappointed and ready to be done). They got me the exact vehicle I wanted, for the price I was expecting, quicker than anticipated. They gave us a great price for our trade in (we were prepared to haggle, but it was not necessary at all). I could not be happier with the purchase process, as well as the service department. Keith always welcomes me by name and takes care of my cars. He never tries to sell me anything that is not absolutely necessary, and helps me decide what services are needed when so I'm not spending an arm and a leg all at once. More
