I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Koons Arlington. For over twenty years it has been my only destination for auto sales and service. For fifty years, before I came to Koons, buying a car was a grueling ordeal — but Chetan and Tache changed all that! I would never even think of doing business with another dealership! More

KOONS Toyota Arlington provided Great🎖Custmer Service with my 2024 Camry. Product Specialist, JOHN FETTY even made sure everything from my previous vehicle was in my new one. No small feat because I ke with my 2024 Camry. Product Specialist, JOHN FETTY even made sure everything from my previous vehicle was in my new one. This is my second new Toyota Corolla purchase and first time at Koons Arlington Toyota. The sale associate, Valerii, was very professional. There was minimal up-sale and I didn't feel pressured dealing wit time at Koons Arlington Toyota. The sale associate, Valerii, was very professional. There was minimal up-sale and I didn't feel pressured dealing with finance and insurance. The extended warranty and care packages were explained in good detail. I didn't get any of these because that was my original plan but I appreciate the information. More

I informed Mr. Mildad, I was buying a car that day (out of the three cars I provided him). Got to the dealership at 1250. I had my timer on. He left me on hold for over six hours coming back for ten minutes. I ask others to step in and they kept getting him for me. What should have taken me two to three hours, I was there for over six hours. Yes, I should have left and went to another dealership; but I was buying one of those cars that day. The other reps where proactive with their clients. Nor did he take Personnel Information Identify (PII) seriously. I even told him my car should have been wash, but it was not and knowingly, I was picking up the vehicle the next day. That much dirt do not accumulate overnight. I did not get to add other items to the vehicle and another sales person stated go online and order it. You can go to any Toyota to add it on. Now, what kind of xxxx is that! I buy my cars out right; but this was the worst experienced I have ever had. Military personnel-here's your warning. Trish Watson-never again! Mr. Chetan, great person to work with. Forever to get noticed, but fantastic from there on out When we entered the dealership, it took forever for anyone to even notice we were there. We almost walked out. However, once we were noticed the service was fantastic. Leo Mendoza did an excellent job at listening to our needs. He then showed us the vehicle that would best satisfy those needs. He even took steps to suggest less costly options (end of model year sale). After spending a wonderful time with him talking out all our options, and allowing us to make our decision with NO pressure, his manager came over to talk actual price. The manager was more of your typical salesman. When we came back three days later to pick up the car, the one who handled the paper work was nice, and just shared service options with us with no pressure. If it had not been for the long wait when we first arrived and the 'salesman' tactics of the manager talking price, the experience would have been perfect. More
