I have been in the market for awhile now for the 2024 Trax. Thus far I had not been able to find one on a dealer lot that was not already sold or spoken for. After searching the Chevrolet website I found Trax. Thus far I had not been able to find one on a dealer lot that was not already sold or spoken for. After searching the Chevrolet website I found one listed at Tom Gill Chevrolet. Because I live 2 hours away in Indianapolis, I wanted to reach out first before making the drive down there. My inquiry put me in touch with Cheyenne. Cheyenne was very responsive to my questions and informed me that the Trax I was interested in was in fact available on the lot. Cheyenne was very up front about what was going on and was able to work with me over the phone prior to making the drive down there. Once we secured everything I made the drive. When I arrived I found out that Cheyenne was actually in the process of helping 2 other customers (I made the 3rd). She didn't miss a beat and we were in and out of there in no time with my new car. The whole team at Tom Gill was amazing to work with. I'm sorry that I am bad with names but the sales manager that worked with us as well as the wonderful lady who went over the delivery of the vehicle with me were just absolutly outstanding. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Cheynne and team at Tom Gill Chevrolet. In fact, I was so incredibly pleased with my experience that I would make the trip down there again the next time I am in the market for a new Chevrolet. More
