John showed us the truck and explained everything to us. He was an exceptional representative for Elder Ford due to his presentation, explanation and the fact that he made us feel comfortable in our search for a truck. Thanks to John we had a great experience at a dealership. We expected a fast paced, demanding or arrogant salesperson and John was just the opposite. We agreed to purchase the vehicle and Jeffery did all the finance paperwork. Both guys are great. We will refer others to John and Jeffrey at Elder Ford. Thank You so much. More
