I made a service request last week thru Oscar for valet service today. The service was for 10:00. I spoke with Jay at 10:40, he explained the valet service was backed up. At 2:40 I spoke with Jay again and was told valet could not get in touch with me. I've used the valet service a few times and was home all day waiting for their call. No one called or showed up. The agreement for four more service appointments only covers basic things such as oil changes and tire rotations. Then -- on top of that cost -- the mechanics here will push other unnecessary services. At 30,000, the service folks pushed me to get a fuel injector service for $280 plus tax. Other nearby auto service shops charge $120. They pushed a brake fluid flush for $143. That is way more than other places and totally unnecessary at 30,000. More

Always excellent service done in a timly manner I own two Toyota vehicles, both bought and both always serviced at Koons Arlington. And, for the past several years, I have always requested that the servicing be coordinated by Assistant Service Manager Chhay Hem. Chhay is always positive, friendly and customer care oriented. He is patient with my lack of mechanical expertise and takes the time to explain. He has been great with communicating and discussing any issues found with the vehicles beyond those I originally noted. He is good about separating critical needs, "needs to be fixed now" issues from those with less urgency that can be delayed for awhile. It is great to work with Chaay. He is someone I can trust and have great confidence in. That is quite special in this day and age. I hope I can continue to work with him for many years to come. - Mike Landrigan, Arlington, VA More
