My wife and I went in to purchase our leased vehicle we had made up our minds, but Mr Poon insisted and gave us other money saving options and we leased another vehicle. He made us feel very comfortable he had made up our minds, but Mr Poon insisted and gave us other money saving options and we leased another vehicle. He made us feel very comfortable he's an asset to Dana Ford along also with Henry Manigault our sales man, he was the ussual pushy sales man he was very respectful with me and my wife when ever we objected to certain vehicles. I'd like to also add the front receptionist, we didn't get her name but was very friendly to us and a granddaughter who was 2 and very active. Lastly I forgot the sales managers name but was also honest and to the point we appreciated that. We wanted to end leasing as we have for 18 years with Ford but this team at Dana was awesome and we are glad we stayed More

TOTALLY GREEDY SCAMMER , Never let a car dealer tell you that you must purchase an extended warranty or maintain package before a lender approves you for a car loan. This is false and illegal. just piece of that you must purchase an extended warranty or maintain package before a lender approves you for a car loan. This is false and illegal. just piece of advice, when dealer told you so, just stand up and walk away the BULL dealer, As a Customer we have the right to decide if we need to purchase extended warranty or any add-on, don't be fooled by the RIP OFF! dealer MUST inform customer, (don't do scam anymore )MOREOVER,Before signing any contract double check the amount if the amount you preciously agree with, FORD Dana is not a honest dealership, fool me with the wrong price .
