I have dealt now over eight vehicles with Mr. Briney, making my overall Basney experience now ten vehicles, counting the BMWs. You’d think I’d at least get some kind of free swag wouldn’t you? I digress. As to Mr. Briney, Notwithstanding his depth of knowledge and foresight, I find him to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient(?), cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and reverent. His knowledge is expansive and I always feel good about committing my fortune to American Honda Finance for yet another three years. Once, when I went in to change the battery in my key fob, Me. Briney was intuitive enough to know I needed a new car instead. And I drove away without my defective key fob. That kind of insight is the hallmark of a true professional.
