The phone call ahead of the visit answered pretty much all my questions so when we visited the shop, we really only needed to test drive the car. The sales person could have done a little better on showing us the vehicle, and showing us that it did not have a spare tire but rather just a green slime and battery air pump. All in all, great experience! More
