From start to finish, Norman made the entire process flawless. He handled everything smoothly, was very professional, and at the same time kept the experience relaxed and enjoyable. I’m very, very thankful for how he took care of me throughout the buying process—it couldn’t have gone any better. Norman is the type of manager who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy, and it truly shows. If you’re looking for someone who will make your car-buying experience easy, transparent, and memorable, I can’t recommend Norman enough. THE BEST experience and seriously there are no words for their Customer Service. AMAZING! Buying a car is such a task for anyone. Walking in the door we weren't tackled by sales agents. The purchasing proce their Customer Service. AMAZING! Buying a car is such a task for anyone. Walking in the door we weren't tackled by sales agents. The purchasing process was easy and fast. Chip was our sales agent, and he is just a good soul. Didn't beat around the bush, didn't give us a sales pitch. Didn't try to talk us into anything extra that we didn't need. Allowed me to ask questions, explanations were clear. For this, we will always return. If you are wanting to buy a new car I highly suggest just stopping by. We purchased two vehicles that day and Starling will be our go to for this family! More

Here, I was able to discuss and finalize OTD cost via email in less than 1hour. No games, no sitting around waiting forever. Just straightforward and efficient. Honestly impressed. I will be returning to Chip w all future purchases. The entire Starling team was efficient, professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend 👌 More
