Started a deal online, got to the dealership, was walking around for at least 30 minutes looking at trucks, no one helped us. Left and went back finally got a salesman. He was not very patient and seemed agg around for at least 30 minutes looking at trucks, no one helped us. Left and went back finally got a salesman. He was not very patient and seemed aggravated about working the deal we wanted. We were lied to about what the Starling package included, so we didnt get what we thought we were getting. Took truck back for things promised and they damaged it. Huge chip on the hood, dent on the driver door, several scratches and swirl marks all over the truck. Have emailed the GM SEVERAL times. Still not a full response on how we are moving forward with reparing a brand new truck or when the Starling package will be fully installed on our truck! More
