The service department went above and beyond my expectations. Best experience I’ve had of all the dealerships I’ve been to. I had an appointment for an oil change, not a walk in, and it took over 2 HOURS! They were supposed to call my phone when it was done but instead when i walked up to the service desk, the clerk had the pa and it took over 2 HOURS! They were supposed to call my phone when it was done but instead when i walked up to the service desk, the clerk had the paperwork and said she wasn't informed it was done. This was all very frustrating and such a waste of my time especially during a work day for me. More

Doug even found the Weather Tech cargo mat from my previous Stelvio that I somehow left behind, not only did he track it down, he CLEANED IT! Who does THAT!!! More
