Coming from a managerial position in the service end of dealerships, I have had the opportunity to help customers after the sale. Which is a hard to find trait in any sales professional. From the first phone call to the next vehicle your looking for, I understand how to facilitate solutions at anytime during the process of buying and ownership. I also fully understand the difference between used, and your NEW car/truck. A very hard to find ability on any sales force. Come see me for your next purchase, I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business!!

First and foremost, let me say I like this dealership and they treated me very well through the purchase of my Stelvio and through the service appointment I recently said. My following comments are purely o they treated me very well through the purchase of my Stelvio and through the service appointment I recently said. My following comments are purely observations and honest feedback that hopefully the dealership will look into. Came in to have a few things done to my car including repairing the leather on my steering wheel, recall (parts are not yet available), oil change (wasnt needed yet as I wasnt quite at 10k miles yet) and try to fix my key fobs (they only work at a close distance). While the service staff, and my sales rep are very kind and helpful, and they did put me in a loaner vehicle, I will have to make another trip to the dealership to have the steering wheel fixed. Hopefully at that time, parts will be in for the recall and my steering wheel will be fixed. Alfa needs to address the key fob issue as I know that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Overall, I give the dealership my respect and a recommendation because they bent over backwards to get me this Stelvio and I know my sales Rep, Jared, is always working to help me out and make sure I am treated well. Ive been treated far better here than any other dealership Ive been to in the past 10 years. I did want to mention though that it didnt seem like much was done in the way of keeping customers and employees protected. Every other store, bank, etc has had plastic dividers up between employees and customers and hand sanitizer readily available. And I have no idea if my car was sanitized after it was serviced, though it was run through the car wash. Normally you can smell most sanitizing chemicals/solutions after use. More

On October 7th, I was traveling from Michigan to Massachusetts on the Ohio Turnpike in my 2020 Stelvio when my tire was punctured. The "goop and compressor' tire fix was inadequate. After a license Massachusetts on the Ohio Turnpike in my 2020 Stelvio when my tire was punctured. The "goop and compressor' tire fix was inadequate. After a licensed flat bed tow off the turnpike to an area that didn't have a replacement tire, I called the nearest dealer, well over 40 miles away. Fortunately AR of Strongsville had the correct tire in stock, and the staff was willing to expedite the replacement. My AR supplied tow delivered the Stelvio after (service) hours. The accommodating management was aware that my car was en route, and although the service bays were closed took my keys for the tire replacement the next morning. The great sales consultant Doug Freidman staff then assisted me in making a hotel reservation, getting an Uber account, and even provided an AR mask required for the Uber. Doug was someone who really knew the brand an was an Alfa enthusiast. The next morning the service advisor, Jim Obenauer, opened at 9am. I received a call at 9:10 that my Stelvio was ready. I am extremely grateful for my experience at AR of Strongsville. As far as I am concerned they earned the right to teach others dealers how to provide a stellar customer experience. More

I might be a little biased due to my nationality, but Fiat of Strongsville is the friendliest and nicest dealership I’ve been to this side of the Atlantic. Bravo Michele! Fiat of Strongsville is the friendliest and nicest dealership I’ve been to this side of the Atlantic. Bravo Michele! More

I went to the dealership because Doug knows everything about Alfas. He sold me (well leased me) a Giulia 2 yrs ago. Lease was expiring so I went to visit him at his new location in Strongsville. Not on about Alfas. He sold me (well leased me) a Giulia 2 yrs ago. Lease was expiring so I went to visit him at his new location in Strongsville. Not only did I get a new Giulia, but we ended up getting my wife a Stelvio on the same day. Guy must be a great salesman. More
