First, my car was in the shop for 3 weeks - and come to find out it was just an oil chnage. (along with a recall for side-airbags... that I never knew about.) Finally have my car back - after this $150 oil find out it was just an oil chnage. (along with a recall for side-airbags... that I never knew about.) I want to give a huge shutout to Doug for his exceptional dedication and customer service. Despite being told there was a multi weeks wait, he went above and beyond to escalate my issue and find a resolution dedication and customer service.
