Made the tedious process of buying a car a pleasure! I haven't bought a car in over a decade, I'm a lifetime vehicle owner, and also an experienced service technician with attention to detail. I also live over 2 hours away from this dealership. Brittany was very helpful when making calls back and forth about my purchase. She was able to answer all my questions and relay information to the proper individuals. She even sent me current photos of the car I was interested in and made sure the handoff to Chris would be smooth (she was off the day I picked up the car). Chris Barrera was FANTASTIC to work with once we arrived to finalize the deal. He was patient, answered every question I asked (including technical / service / spec related), was friendly, and honest--an impossibly hard-to-find trait in auto sales. He's a car guy himself and seems to have turned some wrenches in his day, so don't judge a salesman by his appearance/occupation! He took the time to explain all the paperwork, options for warranty packages, OEM Honda accessories, etc. I even requested to put the car on a hoist in the shop and inspect underneath, and he was glad to oblige. We noticed an access panel missing that protects the oil filter from road debris damage, and he worked with Sean to get a replacement part on it right away. Roxann was a pleasure to speak with while finalizing the financials of the deal. She was able to answer all questions with confidence and in a practical way that was easy to understand. This dealership is TOP NOTCH. Clean showroom, spotless shop, full of professionals that appear to be very well-engaged in their work and are not afraid to go the extra mile for a customer. We have a nice Honda dealership at home, but I would not hesitate to send others 2.5 hours away to Valley Honda for their purchase! Buying a car is usually stressful, but the team at Valley Honda made it painless, pleasurable, and EXCITING! Thanks so much for everything. More

Great buying experience! Valley Honda is a great dealership. In this particular case, their price on the 2020 Honda Pilot Touring was a bit higher than other dealers. Howeve Valley Honda is a great dealership. In this particular case, their price on the 2020 Honda Pilot Touring was a bit higher than other dealers. However, I have purchased several vehicles from Valley in the past, and I honestly think, even with vehicles...you get what you pay for. In this case, I was alright spending a couple dollars more because I know the level of service I will get from the dealer will be second to none. More

Confidence in Chase! Valley Honda is non pressuring . Chased Walked us threw it every step of the way. Nice guy. The staff was all helpful . Hondas number 9 and 10 Our family has owned Honda’s for 35 years. This past week my husband and I drove home numbers 9 and 10. A CRV and Accord. We love Hondas. Kurt Gonzalez and Chris Berrera were the two sales people we worked with. We have worked with Kurt before and he is the reason we came Back to Valley Honda. Having Chris added to the mix, was icing on the cake!! Their salesmanship and integrity were incredible. Then during negotiations Andrew Brewer stepped in and helped to seal the deal! We will be back for numbers 11 and 12. You can be sure we always recommend Valley Honda and Kurt to family and friends. Thank you Kurt, Chris and Andrew. More

I stumbled upon it when I needed a key programed, and they were so welcoming I recently got a car from them. Ramon in the Sales department was exactly the type of person I wanted to a get a vehicle from. He was not pushy, and made me feel comfortable to continue the process. If he was pushy I would have not gotten a car from this dealership. Ramon was in constant communication with me as I prepared to obtain the vehicle. I was preparing to buy it for over two weeks, and he would answer any question that came to mind. I also had my old car serviced while I was going through the new car process, and they are always amazing in that department as well. I will include all the names from all my visits in the last year. Gunner was the service advisor I worked with during this process, and he was nothing short of amazing. He would come to the sales department to discuss what was going on with my old car, and advised me on services perfectly. The only complaint I have with anything is the high priced add-ons for the vehicle. I would have gotten a few if they weren't double Honda's MSRP. More

Beyond my expectations! Quite honestly, I do not like working with salesmen. Why? They're pushy, can be rude, don't listen to what I ask for (sometimes I also feel it's bec Quite honestly, I do not like working with salesmen. Why? They're pushy, can be rude, don't listen to what I ask for (sometimes I also feel it's because I am a woman), and are so hell bent on making the sale that they forget about the customer. I have never, in all of my years of working with salesmen had an experience like the one I had at Honda with Eddie Sanchez and Chris Barrera. I was listened to, heard, wasn't brushed off and not spoken to (although my boyfriend was there for support), and most importantly I wasn't pushed. They worked with me, and although the price range was slightly above my budget, I was able to see the value in breaking the budget just a little bit, and they met me halfway with it. I actually walked out of there smiling for the first time, and truly excited about my purchase, whereas other times I get a knot in my stomach and wonder if I did the right thing. Not this time! I'm super excited about my first Honda! Another thing that added to the customer service were the little details - if it's raining out, there are umbrellas at the door for you; everyone was so nice and always asked if you'd like a beverage "coffee or water?" They even took it a step further with asking me if I wanted room temp or cold water. That was a first!; and during our finalization, a gentleman came out and chatted with us for a moment. When he heard the line of business my boyfriend was in, he sat with us and was truly engaged in a conversation with him about his business. They both had quite a bit in common they came to realize, and he was just a very kind and genuine man. When we left, we kind of wondered who this man was that we were talking to and had a great conversation with....it was the GM! Normally you don't get a GM to come out and chat with you, but this one did! THAT was the icing on the cake. He was not arrogant, showed his true interest, and never once boasted about who he was and what he does. That is what great customer service is all about! All in all, we had an amazing experience and for that, we will be referring all of our friends and family to Valley Honda. Thank you all for restoring my faith in salesmen! Well done guys! More
