Mostly, the outstanding customer service on multiple levels, working with me on financial options and package options, overview of the auto components The Sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially, the Sales Manager, Mike Reeger also took action immediately to service my new car when I noticed that there was a bump in the hatchback and offered a rental during the service. We did wait for longer than expected to close the financial paperwork and my name recorded on the registration was missed spelled and couldn't be updated. When I went to MVA to correct it, was told that I have to come back since the title hasn't been received yet, which means I need to go back to correct it again adding inconvenience and time. The Sales Person neglected to update the name change when I mentioned several times that the name was misspelled from the initial paperwork signed and said it could be corrected by the Finance Offcier. Hopefully this doesn't change or add any more hassle to update my name in the system. Also, many thanks to Chris Bowen who took time to explain the functions of the Tucson in details while my Sales Rep wasn't available. More

He exceeded my expectations by far & I have already referred someone else to him. He was ready to go as soon as I walked in the door & asked for him. He was never pushy & even agreed with me regarding wanting to shop around other dealerships as this had been my first stop. He made me feel as if he genuinely cared about my needs & wants as opposed to just caring about making a sale. Although I had a strong feeling I would be back. Chris stayed way later than his scheduled shift & was patient with me the entire time- I never once felt rushed. As I was on the phone with an important call- I found out when I came back that he found the perfect car for me. It was exactly what I wanted & he got my payments to where I needed them. We even shared family pictures while waiting for the finance manager as if we were friends & it wasn't solely a business transaction. I will 100% be returning to Chris for any future vehicles & will continue to refer him to anyone I know in search of a new car. More
