She answered all of my questions (I had several) without making me feel rushed and even went back and redid some paperwork for me after I changed my mind about something. Chris Buie, the tech guy, also did an amazing job explaining all of the features to the car. There was so much to remember that I wish I would have recorded it, but I'm confident that he's a phone call away if I need his assistance. I never considered BMW prior to this past week, because one of the other locations I've always gone into was not friendly, dark and unwelcoming.
