It just feels great to find a dealer you can trust. I can leave the car for weeks and not worry about it, they’ll do the repairs that are need it and do them to perfection. Thank you Mr.Todd Feuerhaken for being so polite and so clear for the service needed and thanks to everyone from the front of the house (that’s how it feels there) to the back of it. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, without the acknowledge of your great technicians sorry to say but these cars would be junk. The reason I say it is because way too many (plastic) parts. I’ve always wanted a BMW since a teenager, but you know what they say IT WAS UPON A TIME. That time didn’t need it nothing but a regular maintenance and a small problem here and there. Not anymore, you’ll be lucky if you pass 5 years without having to change a loooots of parts. It’s a shame for the German Engineering to allow for these problems to happen (you got to believe I’m not the only one). I said it’s a shame because the design exterior and interior it’s top notch, including performance (minus plastic GO GREEN). I guess it comes to a simple option, stick with it and hope for the best or switch. Thanks again you amazing people at this dealership for making sure these cars run great!!!! More

I love the Autohaus service dept. I went to the service event on 10/19. I did not go because I thought I had a problem with my 330. I just like the opportunity to have my car inspec I went to the service event on 10/19. I did not go because I thought I had a problem with my 330. I just like the opportunity to have my car inspected and to join the service technician in the service bay during the inspection. I always have questions to ask. 2 minutes after arriving at the service bay, Greg said he could see I already had a problem. He noticed that my right front tire had an area of damage. Todd and Greg decided I should not drive the car with the damaged tire. They originally spoke of getting a loaner for me, but then decided just to replace the tire while I waited. 45 minutes later, I had a new tire and my car had been washed and I was on my way. Many thanks to Greg, Todd, Chris Buie and Chris Clem. I am also grateful to the woman in the finance dept who suggested I purchase the damaged tire insurance on the day I bought my car!! More
