As always, Ethan greeted me by name and ensured that the transfer of personal effects between cars, both when I received it and upon my return. Chris Bowie provided me with an overview of the new features of 2016 750i. Speaking of the car, what an experience, comfort, power and convenience galor. I'm just much closer to making the upgrade! The receptionists (2 different ones) were less than friendly each t Chris has been the first outstanding experience we have had with this dealership. The receptionists (2 different ones) were less than friendly each time we have been in and basically would have to stand around and wait. We also struggled getting anyone to call us back when we had questions after getting the vehicle on our papers/getting our plates and basically missed the deadline for getting the paperwork completed. It took 4 emails to get the issue resolved. BUT.....I spent an hour with Chris Buie yesterday for a more complete overview of the car and the operations of the vehicle. He was a pleasure to deal with, was knowledgeable and very helpful. I think if this dealership had more folks like him they would get better ratings overall. I hope that he is treated as a valuable asset to this organization. We have owned several businesses and realize how important it is to know who your good employees are.....the only reason that we are taking the time to complete this survey. More
