I met with Mr. Chris Buie, a BMW Genius, today for that review of the technology. Mr. Buie was professional, patient (I am not much into technology) and friendly. I had a list of questions about the technology, which he answered completely and succinctly, and the he walked through some other parts of the available technology on the car. I left with a much better understanding of the technology and and awareness of when I might want to use the various types of technology. In short, I left the meeting with Mr. Buie much better prepared to fully and safely enjoy my new BMW. More

Com box replacement I had the communications box on my 2011 328xi replaced under warranty. The process was quick and easy and Autohaus provided me with a loaner. His guidance through the various topics- navigation, music, etc. was clear and easy to follow. He answered questions in a relaxed manner, and invited us to make any additional appointments needed for questions that might come up in the future.
