Good people to deal with We just bought the fourth car (2 new and 2 used) we have puchased from Honda of Columbia. The people there are the reason we keep coming back. Dealing with Robert Burgess has been a pleasure from the start. We looked at cars at several dealerships last fall and met Robert then and were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and candor. While we didn't wind up making a purchase then we knew that when we got back in the market to buy he would be the first call we made. We had already done a lot of research online and had a good idea of the market value of the cars we were considering. We got very competitive pricing from him from the outset without having to play any car buying games. When we arrived at the dealership he had the specific cars we were interested in ready for us to drive. We were able to quickly come to an agreement, and the entire process went very smoothly. We got to meet with Chris Burns the sales manager to iron out a minor concern and he was also very helpful and professional. Throughout the entire process it was evident to us that they understand their business is dependent on taking care of their customers and they really make every effort to do so. We are very happy both with our car and our experierience in dealing with Honda of Columbia. More

Only negative was the length of time in the dealership but that was only between USAA and the dealership and as it turned out, terminology mismatches.
