Sales person did not sell the car!!. I had to ask all the questions during test drive as to the the car I was buying and its options, etc.. I did not believe buying a used Honda was important to them, and di questions during test drive as to the the car I was buying and its options, etc.. I did not believe buying a used Honda was important to them, and did not have the sales person(s) complete attention.(to me it was a lot of money) to them it was just a "used" car I was purchasing. I understand you want to sell a new vehicle, but this was a vehicle I really wanted and shopped for..for a long time. I also think the buying process could be sped up in certain areas. I had to come back the next day to get master remote keys made. That could have been done during the three hour buying process. I like Hondas, but please make the buying process enjoyable may it be new or used. The service department was good and speedy in the remote making process. More

Can't say enough about my recent new car purchase at this dealership - the easiest and most hassle-free experience yet buying a car. I'm sure it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted before I set foo this dealership - the easiest and most hassle-free experience yet buying a car. I'm sure it helped that I knew exactly what I wanted before I set foot on the lot last Friday evening, but Javier Torres, Internet Sales, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered every question easily. Chris Burns was instrumental in locating the car in the color I wanted, although it was located in another part of the state, as well as assisting me in filling out all the necessary paperwork. The car was delivered and ready to go by lunchtime the next day, and Javier went over every feature - even helping me to set up my phone with the Bluetooth. Javier even polished some spots missed in the detailing process, so my car would be perfect when I drove it off the lot! I think it's fair to say I will be a long-time customer of Honda of Columbia in the future. Great job, everyone! More

We just leased a new Honda Pilot last week and our experience was second-to-none. We had a great experience, whether it be the knowledgeable and low pressure sales expertise from Justin Smith, or the experience was second-to-none. We had a great experience, whether it be the knowledgeable and low pressure sales expertise from Justin Smith, or the flexibility to work with us exhibited by Chris Burns. They were friendly, helpful, and willing to meet our needs at every juncture. We even had a small issue with our vehicle the day we took it home, and Chris and Justin went out of their way to remedy the situation, which they did to our highest level of satisfaction. We will definitely get our next Honda at Honda of Columbia. More

My lease was almost up on my 2009 Honda Fit Sport and I went back to the dealership that I had been a faithful customer of for 21 years where I had either purchased or leased a total of (9) Hondas during t went back to the dealership that I had been a faithful customer of for 21 years where I had either purchased or leased a total of (9) Hondas during that time and I was very disapointed with my experience on that visit. I few days went by and then I went on the Honda Cars of Columbia web site and filled out information about what I was looking for and not long after that I was contacted by Lauren Carnprobst. I went back to Columbia on a Saturday for a visit and to look at the 2013 Honda Fit Sports. They had one in the showroom that I really liked but that day I was just looking and getting information. I was pleased with my experience that day and about a week later I called Chris Burn to see if the car was still in the showroom and it was and I went that afternoon and picked up my new car. I was very pleased with all the personal attention I got from Chris, Lauren and Asten through the whole process that day and I hope this is start to a new beginning for me. They say sometimes change is a good thing and it seems to have been for me that day. I look forward to going back and now letting them take care of all my service needs on my new Fit. I came in just to look at the possibility of purchasing an Odyssey and trading in my CR-V, I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. I didn't even think that I would be able to qualify to get t an Odyssey and trading in my CR-V, I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. I didn't even think that I would be able to qualify to get the van because of my credit. I was hopeful that the dealership would take into consideration my past payment history with them and they did. Lonnie went over the options with me, showed me a couple different vans and then we took a test drive in the perfect vehicle. He was patient and upfront, the best experience with a salesperson I have ever had. He wasn't pushy and didn't speak down to me like a lot of salesmen tend to do with women. Lonnie is the reason that I purchased my new Odyssey, he even stayed late just to help me get settled into my new vehicle before I drove off the lot. I tell everyone I speak to that is interested in getting a new vehicle to go see Lonnie at Honda of Columbia. More

I purchased my 1st Honda in September 2010, a Honda Element. I was very pleased with this purchase and my experience with Chris Burns as Sales Manager at that time. I came to know Preston Locklear i Element. I was very pleased with this purchase and my experience with Chris Burns as Sales Manager at that time. I came to know Preston Locklear in the Service Department since that time with my bringing my car in for service/maintenance. When my husband and I decided to purchase an additional Honda in the last few weeks, I called Preston to ask his input on a Honda CRV and to recommend a sales person for me (my original salesman was no longer at the dealership). I am pleased to say that Preston made the perfect recommendations to me on both the CRV and a new salesperson. I am happy that I met and worked with George Moore as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, showed me in detail the features of the car, was very helpful in answering any questions I had and in helping me obtain a very good deal on my new CRV. I spoke with George on the phone and met with him several times before the purchase. He was a very personable young man and really enjoyed his job in securing the right car for me. Chris Burns was again there for us with making the right deal and we were very pleased with the job Al did in helping us secure financing and any extras we deemed necessary to complete our purchase. I look forward to driving this vehicle for a long time, but I sure will recommend the HONDA OF COLUMBIA dealership and the men we have come to know and appreciate ... My husband and myself went into Honda Cars of Columbia not planning on purchasing a car. Robert Burgess Introduced himself and from there we went on to tell him we just wanted to see what Honda would give not planning on purchasing a car. While we were waiting for a quote Robert talked to us and showed us some cars that would stay in our budget if we were to buy a car. He answered all our questions with no hesitation and was just as enthusiastic with the whole interaction as if we were going to walk out with a car that day. After getting a quote and looking at a couples cars we were introduced to Chris Burns the sales manager who was very courteous and professional. We went home that day and we were very happy with how we were treated even though we did not buy a car. We decided to go back and purchase one of the cars that Robert had shown us a couple days before. I called the dealership to make sure Robert was working and spoke with Chris Burns. We found out Robert was off that day but we really wanted to deal with Robert moving forward. Chris called Robert and Robert was there when we got the that evening ready to work with us, even though it was his birthday. Robert then introduced us to Al Tejado who would be the finance manager that would be working with us and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure we understood everything. After we were done working with Al, Robert showed us all the manuals and how everything worked before we drove off the lot with our new car. Everyone we worked with helped us out a lot and we were very pleased with the customer service we received both times we were at the dealership. More

I had a former employee help me while I was unable to help myself. He picked up my Impala from another service dept. and brought it there. He worked together with George to help me through a trade in a help myself. He picked up my Impala from another service dept. and brought it there. He worked together with George to help me through a trade in and lease in a short time frame. He and George both came in on their days off to help---nothing but smiles and responsiveness from both of them. Then, as I went deeper into the process I worked with Paul and Al on the lease and the final steps. Both of them also made it all smooth and easy, no unnecessary delays. Paul was willing to quickly (last minute) change things up on the downpayment. The day before I came in, Paul was working by himself (thus, very busy) to get the lease application process done by phone, but still made it all happen without making me feel rushed. The next day when I came in to sign the papers, Paul made sure I knew what I needed to know before deciding on my down payment, and he has a very good demeanor--straight forward and calming, which I like. Al, did a great job explaining all of the lease extras. He was very patient with me as I carefully deliberated each extra--both their financial impact and their value to me. He helped me xxxxx them all and clearly explained their value to me. At the same time, there was no pressure, just the facts to help me decide--this I also like. Although Chris was not directly involved in the deal, he greeted me and spoke to me when I came into the dealership and made me feel like part of the Honda family. It's men like these that will keep us coming back there instead of going to your Honda competitor whom is only 10 minutes from our home. We have to travel 30 minutes to get to you.
