I'm old enough to have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but Royal Moore Subaru is the ONLY dealership I've revisited. I've bought more than one car for myself from here, have brought in other peo lifetime, but Royal Moore Subaru is the ONLY dealership I've revisited. I've bought more than one car for myself from here, have brought in other people to buy their cars here, and will not shop at another dealership now. The biggest reason is Brandon Kang. He's honorable. He's like working with a friend and it's been that way from the first time I came in when he didn't even know me. He's created a relationship of trust and respect. He's also a manager, so each time I've had a different sales person take me through the test drives. I have to say unequivocally Nathan Hines is the best out of the four sales people. Shopping with Nate was fun. We were laughing and having a good time in a no pressure environment while he informed me of any new features I wasn't aware of. He has a lot of knowledge and was intent on making sure I knew everything there was to know straight up until the second I left the lot with my new car. I've had experiences in the past at other dealerships where you can't forget you're with a sales person and it never feels comfortable. This was NOT that experience. Nate is just incredibly personable, kind of like hanging out with a really nice person who knows more about Subarus than anyone else you know and keeps sharing information with you. I don't know about other people, but I tend to leave dealerships exhausted. Not this time. With the help of my dream team of Brandon and Nate, it was genuinely fun and positive. Brandon and Nathan made it easy and as soon as I picked the car and it was in Brandon's hands to work out the details, I didn't worry because I trust Brandon to always do right by me. More

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! First of all, from entering Royal ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! First of all, from entering Royal Moore Subaru (had to walk because our car broke down) I received nothing but great customer se ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! First of all, from entering Royal Moore Subaru (had to walk because our car broke down) I received nothing but great customer service. Each person greeted and asked if I needed help. I was assisted by Jordan (note- i'll be doing a separate review for Mr. Jordan) and ended up walking away with a new Subaru Outback the SAME DAY. Now, with this experience it doesn't just end at JORDAN.. i was assisted by other MULTIPLE people AFTER purchasing the vehicle to ensure i was satisfied and If i had any questions regarding the car and/or it's features. I set up an appointment with Ms. Emmylea regarding some of the new features of the Subi (the last car I had was a 2011 so the new features blew me away) and she was OUTSTANDING! I was actually 4 minutes late to the meeting and she stayed patiently on the line waiting for me call in. She assisted me with upmost patience and respect and this solidified my view on why ROYAL MOORE SUBARU IS THE BEST! More

Emmylea was a delight. She answered all of our questions and even provided answers to questions we didn't think of to ask but were glad she did. The 2021 Outback has a lot more technology and "bells & whis and even provided answers to questions we didn't think of to ask but were glad she did. The 2021 Outback has a lot more technology and "bells & whistles" than my 2015 did so we was happy to have a guide to all the new features. Appreciate the $25 gas card from Subaru, too. More
