He offered me LuxCare, and explained that it was for full windshield replacement. Knowing that I’m in colorado, I figured it would be a good idea since weather and debris can be unpredictable here. Several months went by, and we had a hail storm that caused a cracked windshield and 2 very minor dents in the car. Rather than filing an insurance claim for such minuscule damage, I decided to use the luxcare. I took the vehicle into the service department, where several pictures were taken of the windshield to go along with the claim. the next day I received a phone call from the service department and I was notified that luxcare did not cover hail damage to windshield (which is not what I was lead to believe when purchased it). I told them that I wanted to speak with the finance manager, who just so happens to be Chris. While talking to him, he was very rude and defensive. He stated that he shouldn’t have to directly mention that hail damage isn’t covered because it is “common sense”. We argued back and forth and I decided that I was not going to be disrespected by Chris anymore. Along with this review, I am writing to corporate to inform them of the situation, and that I will never be purchasing a Subaru from this location again due to the fact that this Subaru lives up to the stereo typical view of a car sales man and the deceitfulness of them while trying to make a sale. More

They gave me useful information and minimized my wait. When we were waiting, we had friendly conversation. It was a low-temperature, no-haggle conversation. I was new in town, but they were happy to take my check from out of state. The car was delivered to my home the same day. More

He also work hard to help me out get the car I want, reserve it for me and explain everything to me very clear. When I arrived the dealership, the experience is a big A PLUS! We finish the transaction within two hours and my wife and two sons were happy and drive the new car HOME. Did I mention that I flew from LA, CA to Denver to pick-up this car? They are very professional about what they do. John who picked my family up is so friendly and with a lot of patient. I wish I can find this kind of dealership in California. We worked with Andy Dearing, the internet sales specialist. Andy was so personable, knowledgeable & professional.. He answered all our guestions. We took the truck for a test drive. We previously owned a 2013 F250 diesel Lariat. This used truck was a 2015 with a with a topper. It had 45,000 miles & one owner. Heuberger offered at no charge a 2yr/150,000 mile warranty. We sat down with Andy and worked out a fair price for the truck. We closed the deal that day and returned on 3/19 to finish the paperwork. Such a smooth closing. . We worked with Mr. Busby on the paperwork as it was a cash deal. Andy is the consummate car salesperson. We highly recommend Heuberger Subaru & Motors for your own driving experience..... More
