I was told my vehicle would be delivered to my driveway 24 hours after purchase. It was delivered 50 hours after purchase and had damage. Sales person wanted to drop the keys and take off. My first contact with Haylie (Internet sales manager)was okay. We agreed on a price over the phone referred me to many salesman Jorge and Chris G. Took truck for test drive etc. decided to purchase and th okay. We agreed on a price over the phone referred me to many salesman Jorge and Chris G. Took truck for test drive etc. decided to purchase and the price Chris came back with is not the price Haylie and I agreed on. Of course it was higher. Was discussing and trying to agree on a price with Chris R and Chris Clark walked over and got involved . He has a loud, disrespectful and a vulgar mouth. As he walked off Called me “Dirtbag Mother Fu*#:r should have bought a new truck.” Told them I want the truck and left. Next day I called spoke with Haylie and informed her of what happened. She decided to give a small $$ off due to the situation. The paying went smoothly(shocker). I Now Jorge is my salesman. So I asked for the truck to be detailed. He said, no Problem. The truck was there all day. Not picked up until 7:00 pm. Guess what it was not detailed and not even washed. Becareful who you deal with here. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Disappointed of how I was treated, told one price then it’s another at the table and saleman was disrespectful. More
