Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Service was excellent and very thorough. My only complaint is that I don't feel like there's the extra step to go beyond just providing the basic service and deliver an amazing experience, especiall complaint is that I don't feel like there's the extra step to go beyond just providing the basic service and deliver an amazing experience, especially when purchasing a luxury car. I've owned other non-luxury brands that do this. An amazing experience would be to get my car back from service cleaner than when I dropped it off. It's something that takes little time for the dealer, but makes you appreciate the time that you've just saved by not having to do it yourself, and is refreshing/anxiety relieving to get into a nice, clean vehicle. I asked that a part that I ordered (a simple trim piece that snaps on) be picked up from service and put in my vehicle, which they gladly did. What would have gone beyond would have been to take the 2 minutes to pop the part in. This was also my first service for this car, so I was using this as a litmus test to see what the experience would be like in the future. Chris Clem was excellent and I'll request him next time. I just hope that there's an effort by others there to go beyond what's expected in the future to deliver a more memorable experience. More
