It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

Professional, pleasant & prompt! I worked with Chris and he’s great! We combined several service items expecting to leave car a couple days so they provided a loaner. But services completed same day! I contacted them regarding an error code that my recently purchased (used, privately owned) BMW was showing. I had an idea of what caused the problem and Autohaus quickly identified the root cause, contacted purchased (used, privately owned) BMW was showing. They also showed my car was still under warranty for maintenance items and included those services while they had the car. Prompt, professional, and very reasonable in price. More

Tech support I have been impressed over the years with the support from Chris Clem in service. He has made himself available for consultation and expertise even when we have been having issues out of town. He is knowledgeable and courteous each time we speak. Chris Buie is a walking encyclopedia for BMW information. he is great when needing help figuring out what is going on with the car and patient with inane questions! I have bought three vehicles from Brett and would buy a fourth when the time arrives. He always makes you feel that the arrangements you are working are the most important to him. and we have a relationship that allows me to question the relative value of the vehicle under consideration.
