Chris' game plan of working smarter, not harder plus maintaining a positive attitude has worked as evidenced by the fact that only four years ago he was hired by Autohaus as a porter and is now a client service advisor. It helps that he grew up around BMWs turning him into a certified "car guy". He enjoys watching motosport racing (ALMS, Formula One). Chris also likes to watch the Cardinals, NISA and NCAA basketball as well as PGA Tour Golf. He also plays golf.

I didn't know what to expect or how I would be treated when I arrived at Autohaus BMW. Joe B. came to the front desk immediately after he was paged and extended a warm friendly greeting. After test drivin when I arrived at Autohaus BMW. Joe B. came to the front desk immediately after he was paged and extended a warm friendly greeting. After test driving the car, I told Joe I wanted to purchase it. The paperwork process between Joe B. & Steve E. was seamless. Both gentlemen took the time to explain and ensure I fully overstood what I was signing. In the interim Chris C. came by, introduced himself and told me he was taking my car to be detailed. After many signatures, prints, & initials later plus a gift, it was time to sit down with LARRY H.!!!! WOW!!! Larry's excitement and enthusiasm about showing me how to operate my X1 was so heartfelt and genuine! Larry showed me how to operate every feature of my X1 and took a picture of me standing next to it with a big bow on top! Awesomeness! Overall, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Autohaus BMW! Honorable mention to Todd C. who helped Joe B. troubleshoot his printing issues and Joe E. who stopped by to congratulate me & ask me if I was excited, which I was! Joe E. was also around at the very end to congratulate me again. More

Chris and Mike do a great job. Had some major issues with my 5+ yr. old 435 - Chris was quick to take care of everything from the initial call through completion.
