My name is Chris Curtis, Assistant Service Manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in May 2018 I have a vast background working in the automotive industry since 1993. I strive every day to provide the best value in service with a smile and a handshake. Born and raised in Granville, OH I enjoyed being from a small town. I’m a graduate of Granville HS and participated in numerous manufacturer training seminars. My wife Jennifer and I have 5 children, Chase, Gwen, Alex, Abby, and Keegan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, preferably at a beach. My favorite vacation escape happens to be South Florida. If I were to be a superhero I would have to be Ironman, he has cool toys and gadgets. When relaxing especially at the beach I enjoy kicking back and listening to my favorite tune One by U2. My favorite Toyota is the Camry, it’s sporty yet functional.

Great work! Friendly people! Awesome customer service. There was an issue with the pricing but it was promptly resolved by management. They did an excellent job with the care for my vehicle. Drove in to see if they could clear the low tire warning light. Chris took the car in and found 2 nails in right front tire. Overall, I always get great service. Price could be better.The car wash was the only horrible experience. First and foremost, I want to thank Brandon Dawson. He literally saved my experience in the service department from being a 0/5. Extremely responsive and helpful. I won’t mention any other names, but 2 ot literally saved my experience in the service department from being a 0/5. Extremely responsive and helpful. I won’t mention any other names, but 2 other people within the service department really need help with their customer service. From not responding to calls, to being told the one individual was gone for the day (then me showing up to the dealership and them being there). Repeatedly took my car there for a warranty issue. Was told if the issue happened again, stop in and they would check it out. I did this and was made to feel like I was in the wrong. All I will say is if you need to go here, go to Brandon Dawson! 5/5 service. Great customer service and extremely nice. More

All the staff was very polite. My 10,000 mile service only took about an hour to complete, which is exactly what they said it would take.
