Everyone working at the place was busy but a number of times someone would check on me so I didn't feel forgotten. It took 3 1/2 hours to go thru the whole process an drive out in my new car but I felt under the circumstances it went pretty smoothly. We went in with the "out the door price" predetermined, and they did not try to tack on any additional fees or other shady car dealer tricks. Grand Subaru Internet Sales is great for people who don't want to deal with the most annoying side of buying a car: haggling and price negotiation. We did end up taking 4 hours to buy the car. However, the managers and various sales people we encountered were friendly, pleasant, and appreciative to us. Would do business with again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a Subaru! More
