I always felt like he was on my side right from my first contact with him until I drove our with my car. Super nice guy and very professional. The price was great and the car was in a very nice condition. Great pics of the website and Chris sent me an email containing actual pics, not just the link. I went for a test drive and let me take it to a mechanic for inspection without me having auto insurance. I liked the car and they even me a little discount on the internet price. I had some issues with the financing as my bank who pre-approved me for a loan created a lot of hassles. I initially turned down Grand Subaru's loan financing offer. However, I went back to them after my bank issues and I was able to get the same rate that I tuned down initially, thanks again to Chris. I will highly recommend this dealership to any one looking to buy a used or new car. More

As I was considering my purchase over the course of several weeks, I really appreciated the fact t I dealt with Chris Czaja in purchasing my new car. As I was considering my purchase over the course of several weeks, I really appreciated the fact that Chris stayed in touch but did not go overboard as so many salesmen do. Once I decided what I wanted, he gave me a price for the vehicle and the additional charges there would be. The price was excellent compared to everyone else I talked with and when I actually made the purchase, there were no surprise charges. As I was coming in from about 140 miles away and was not making a trade, Chris also arranged for me to be picked up at the train station. Overall, this was a very positive experience with both Chris and the dealership and I would certainly come back to them again. More

I got quotes from all the dealers from Illinois and no one could beat their price. The price they quoted me was what I paid at the end with no hidden fees or surprises. I did almost all my deal via email and phone and with no issues. Chris kept me up to date on the status of my STI since I had to order it and wait a couple of months for it to arrive. My car arrived on the day they said, super clean and with a full tank of gas. If you don’t want to wait they have a great selection of used STI for great prices and I even saw a used 2015 STI for sale there. Overall I highly recommend Grand Subaru and Chris if you need to buy a Subaru. I will buy from them again when the time comes. Thank you. William More
