Excellent Service and Friendly one of the best experience I have ever have buying a car. Great accommodating, patient staff For about a week on and off the phone, Chris worked with me to address my needs; nothing was ever a problem (price, shipping, meeting times, etc...). 2015 Forester Purchase I had just about given up purchasing the highly in demand 2015 Forester. I say an ad from Grand Subaru stating they would provide a bottom line email quote. I received a quote from Chris Czaja which was much cheaper than any other dealership. It clearly outlined all costs. I took a chance and went in to see Chris. No joke, they honored the price to the penny. I did have to factory order it and wait 14 weeks. However, definitely worth it. In regards to customer service, Chris Czaja was excellent. After I took delivery, I had a question regarding my Forester. Chris responded immediately taking care of me even after the purchase was finalized. If you are seriously looking to purchase a Subaru, you must contact Chris. Great job Chris!! Keith and Julie More

Great experience from start to finish Throughout the entire process I dealt with Chris Czaja. I first contacted him in early July. Chris was very patient with the 100's of questions I had for him. If there was a question he didn't have the answer to, he contacted the appropriate people to find the answer. I came to find out that it was going to take minimum 2 months before I ever received the car. Naturally, over that period of time I had additional questions to ask him. He kept in contact with me almost every week throughout the almost 3 month wait. When it finally came in, I was all ready to go on Monday Oct 6th. However, that morning I was scrambling to get everything in order and could not locate the title to the car I was trading in. I spent a good 2 hours on the phone that morning between Toyota Financial, the local DMV, and SOS. When I came to the realization that it was going to take at minimum 3 days before I could make the purchase and receive the car, I was upset (at myself for procrastinating) and my day was ruined. I finally broke down and wrote Chris an email apologizing that I wasn't going to be able to make our appointment on that day and I didn't have an exact time of when we could meet up. Chris immediately called me to let me know that it wasn't a big deal and that it could all be taken care of at the dealership for $125 (which is the exact amount the state was going to charge my anyways, only with no wait). That call made my day. Throughout the entire car buying process Chris was extremely helpful and was understanding of any concerns that I had. I would recommend him to anyone. Awesome experience. More

Efficient and No Tricks I purchase over the internet and found their responses to be prompt and accurate. I ordered the car and had to wait about 60 days for delivery. I came to pick up the car yesterday and there were no surprises. I don't live close to the dealership, so cannot comment on repair service, but purchase experience with Mason via emails was good. Chris Czaja helped in the sale and delivery of vehicle and he was very good. I'd buy another car from them given no-hassle experience. More

Great communication with the process during the wait for the car to be built. Flew to O'Hare and they picked me up. I wasn't alone, lots of out of state people were getting theirs as well. It was a bit longer drive to Charlotte than I envisioned when I ordered, but the directness of the dealership in getting me the exact car, at a great price, with no hassle was worth the effort on my part to support their business. Very happy with the purchase experience from Grand Subaru. More

From the first email on, I knew this dealership was all about customer service and they were willing to bend over backwards to get the deal done. I walked in the dealership at 8 PM on a Thursday and Joe D'Andrea and Chris Czaja stayed with me until after 9pm and Chris delivered the car to me next day after the car was PDI. The one thing that stands out to me about Joe D'Andrea is his honesty. I originally was about to buy a Toyota and they of course gave me my credit score. However when my credit was run by Joe my credit was actually 30 points higher which qualified me for an even better rate. If you are looking for a Subaru dealer in Illinois, don't bother shopping around. Go see Joe D'Andrea the sales manager at Grand Subaru and Chris Czaja Internet Sales Manager, they will give you the best price first with no games. More

We secured price quotes from Internet Sales Manager, Chris Czaja, when seeking to find the best deal possible in the Chicago-land area. Each quote was guaranteed by Chris to be the best and lowest price he could offer, and included all taxes/option costs/fees. His quotes were the lowest available (total price paid was under SMRP), and came with Chris's assurance that the quote would not increase by one dollar when the vehicle arrived. It was a nice experience to work with someone who offered a great price, and then stuck to it when the transaction was completed.
