The whole process was so simple compared to other high-pressure dealerships. I had been communicating with her for over a year before purchasing this vehicle. I like the fact that she respected my wishes and primary communicated over email. Her email responses where not canned and where honest. This is so different from other salespersons who sent a canned email requesting to call you or come-in to meet with them in-person. I am very busy, so it was good to work with a salesperson who was comfortable communicating using email. Also, she sent me periodic updates on feature BRZ changes for the last year. Lastly, she sent me pictures of the vehicle from the Chicago Auto Show as I was deciding between the 50th-anniversary BRZ or a white BRZ. This help so much. Nicole will be my goto Subaru salesperson. More
