Since then, she's also helped my husband get into a brand new Crosstrek! She was such a pleasure to work with, very personable and no-nonsense. I stop in to say hi every time I get an oil change. Martha Gibbons was very helpful: she started by asking what I was interested in and then explained the various vehicles, models and feature options, then we went on for a demo drive. Chris Czaja also was helpful answering a few questions and providing a straight forward negotiation, with no hassles or surprises. Brandon Metz was also very helpful in ensuring we had a thorough closing. Overall, I recommend this dealer. More

This was our first car ever ordered with all the accessories desired. Once ordered, Nealy kept us informed along the way, as the car was built at the factory with a VIN number assigned and the expected delivery date. Our scheduled day to pick up our new car was a bit timely though Nealy and Al in finance made the process very straight forward. Nealy did a great job orienting us to our new Forester with all its accessories and technology. She took her time and answered all of our questions. We really appreciate how well Nealy works with all of the staff at Grand Subaru. Nealy truly made the car buying experience our best ever! More
