Chris Duncanson was a pleasure to work with. He advised me he could do more for me than my Truist bank Rep could, and I was surprised to find out Monday from my bank rep that that was true. Chris worked tirelessly to get the lowest interest rate possible on my loan and I walked away happy. The quality of the car purchased from Chris Duncanson at Crown Acura was 10 out of 10. We went to Crown Acura without an appointment to look at two specific cars we had seen online. Chris Duncanson greeted us right at the door and was our sales person throughout the whole process. He made it two specific cars we had seen online. Chris Duncanson greeted us right at the door and was our sales person throughout the whole process. He made it a very smooth and easy experience. Not once did we feel pressured into looking at other cars we weren’t interested in or the need to purchase right at that moment. We were able to see and test drive both cars that day. Chris helped us find the right fit for our family at a great price. Crown Acura was even able to get us a better interest rate on the car loan then our credit union. The car is amazing it has all the features we wanted and was at the price point we were comfortable with. Compared to the same model at any other dealership we believe we got a well rounded deal. We will continue to use Crown Acura to service our car. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More
