Excellent warranty service I decided to purchase a used Lexus IS350 from Crown Acura. I purchased an extended 24 month 12K mile warranty along with it. I had a few minor issues I decided to purchase a used Lexus IS350 from Crown Acura. I purchased an extended 24 month 12K mile warranty along with it. I had a few minor issues with so I set an appointment up with Logan Lane and dropped it off. Along with the warranty they offered a loaner vehicle. We went over all the issues and they got to it right away and ordered the appropriate parts. I had previously owned a 5 series BMW and when it was taken in for repair work three separate time at a local BMW dealer I was not satisfied with all three. Crown Acura’s service department took care of the Lexus just as if they were a Lexus dealer. The main reason I took it to them is because I was made to feel assured they could take care of any issues the car I bought from them would be taken care of. They proved that they could and took care every issue just as if it was an Acura. If you decide to buy a car from them do not hesitate to not only look into an extended warranty but also take the car to them for repairs if needed. More

I was greeted by Chris at the door and a couple of hours later, I was driving home with a 2019 RDX! He worked tirelessly to make sure I was getting the best price for my trade in, as well as a good deal with my RDX. He carefully explained all the features and left nothing out. He even showed me videos on his pc, so I could understand how some of the features worked. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and good person overall. Best Salesman Ever I am one that typically does not like the car shopping experience, but from the moment I met Chris I knew this would be different. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the product and even the differences from the 2005 TL that I was replacing. He was extremely friendly and not pushy in any way. He was also going to come in on his day off for me to pick up my car. When we made arrangements to pick up the car we had told Chris that we were going to be pressed for time. They had all the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out of there, unlike some other experiences we have had at other dealerships. Leslie Magruder was fantastic and also had all of the financial papers ready to sign. She was very efficient and not did put pressure on us to buy some of the other protection packages. Overall a terrific experience as I have come to expect from Crown Acura. This is the fourth car that we have bought from Crown and I would highly recommend this dealership. More

After a test drive with the RLX we decided to "switch gears" and began looking into an SUV. Chris provided us with his undivided attention and answered all our questions. He introduced us to Sophie Morris, Head Sales Manager, to initiate a relationship with her. Both of them were very professional, and made it clear they were there to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Over the course of the next few days Chris stayed on top of searching for a car with the color combination we desired. He made multiple contacts through email and phone... WITHOUT BUGGING US. We ultimately chose a different brand, but it was not because of anything Chris did or did not provide for us. If we were to purchase an ACURA in the future, we WOULD NOT HESITATE to contact Chris. More
